NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-019848 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Marina J. Muratori, RHC Master Association, Inc. f/k/a RHC Maintenance Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
