NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005501 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE HANYOK A/K/A CHRISTINE MARIE HANYOK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE HANYOK A/K/A CHRISTINE MARIE HANYOK N/K/A DAVID HALSEY; STEVEN BECK; SOMERSET MASTER ASSOCIATION INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER KRANZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ADAM HALSEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
