NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of January 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The West 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 11, PLAN OF MUNRO AND MCINTOSH'S ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
