NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-020780-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
