NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009187-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and FRESTAL JEANTILHOMME; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRESTAL JEANTILHOMME; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AMERICAN HOME ASSURANCE COMPANY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, HOLDEN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
