NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-035947-O DIV 32A, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is Plaintiff and WERNER A. MENA A/K/A WERNER ANTONIO MENA; JANE DOE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1376 OF SKY LAKE- UNIT ELEVEN “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
