NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-010280-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DENNIS WALKER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS WALKER N/K/A REFUSED NAME; LYNDA N.
