Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated December 13th 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-023847-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and YANIV HARAMATY, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16 BELLE VISTA ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O PAGE 130 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
