NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-001941, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS4 is the Plaintiff and BIRGE CAVERLY A/K/A BIRGE J. CAVERLY A/K/A BIRGE J. CAVERLY, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BIRGE CAVERLY A/K/A BIRGE J. CAVERLY AKA BIRGE J. CAVERLY, III N/K/A CHRISTY CAVERLY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11, 12, 13 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK 101, GROVE CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
