NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date and a Final Summary Judgment dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000119, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSORY BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and BRENDA KISROW A/K/A BRENDA E. KISROW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDAN KISROW A/K/A BRENDA E. KISROW; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES COAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
Barbara T. Scott, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of January, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 317, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWNETYONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THORUGH 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2441 SUNNINGLOW STREET, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
