NOW KNOWN AS UNIT M-108, OAK FORREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1014, PAGE 424, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 48A THROUGH 48C, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
