NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Nov. 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006604 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN MCCUSKER A/K/A MAUREEN BUCK A/K/A MAUREEN MC CUSKER; LAZY DAYS R.V. CENTER, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
