NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 04, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-001426 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP ( Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DAWN VAN WAGNER; KAREN BUCKINGHAM; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST PHYLLIS LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS AURAND LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS IRENE LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS I. LYTLE, DECEASED; KAREN LYTLE BUCKINGHAM A/K/A KAREN IRENE BUCKINGHAM A/K/A KAREN I. BUCKINGHAM, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PHYLLIS LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS AURAND LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS IRENE LYTLE A/K/A PHYLLIS I. LYTLE, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAWN M BUCHER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PAUL G.
