NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08 2010 CA 000977 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT K. CAMP; LISA CAMP A/K/A LISA A. CAMP; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAKE J. PHILLIPS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
