TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOSE ROA ANDUJAR, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST IRMA SOTO ROA a/k/a MARGARITA SOTO CASTRO a/k/a IRMA SOTO SOTO a/k/a MARGARITA ROA, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LUIS ROA, and MILAGRO ROA.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 12 in that certain subdivision known as Alabama Grove Addition, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 28, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shannon M. Puopolo, Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
