LUSCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK R. LUSCH IF ANY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
