NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure sale filed November 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-054167 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9th day of January, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 43, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
