Thomas and Margaret E. Thomas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 16-B, TOPAZ COVE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 77 TO 82 INCLUSIVE; AND AS AMENDED, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3247, PAGE 739, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
