MOISA; BLANCA MOISA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; TENANT #3 N/K/A THOMAS L GONZALEZ; TENANT #4 N/K/A NORA C MOISA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
