NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051761 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WFHE2, is the Plaintiff and Diane E. Brown, Robert K. Uhlin, United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure. The sale date shall not take place less than 175 days from the date of the signing of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
