NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed August 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063862 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a. as successor by merger to wachovia bank, national association is Plaintiff and michael henry zontelli a/k/a michael h. zontelli a/k/a michael zontelli; laura zontelli; john doe or any other person in possession; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 a.m., on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
