MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1 is the Plaintiff and WALTER A. FINKEN; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
