SILBERMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO.08-810, OF ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 60, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14086, PAGE 400 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
