NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 08, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 10-008208-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and RUTHMARIE SHEAFFER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1540, BUILDING 5, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4984, PAGES 1772, ET SEQ., AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 124, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
