NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010927, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and GRADY C. PRIDGEN III; PATRICIA, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MICHAEL BRAMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 91, NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
