NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-002325-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2007QA3 was the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. DAUGHTRY, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, CRESTMONT REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
