NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 522012CA000803XXCICI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QS12 was the Plaintiff and SAMIR IBRAHIMOVIC , ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
