NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10013565CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is Plaintiff and BETTY I BEDEVELSKY; JOHN W BEDEVELSKY; ET AL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
