NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated the 5th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006964-XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block F, NEW MARYMONT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
