NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-3662 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein VALGO I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and NHLS EXCHANGE I, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 111, Phase I, VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 863, Page 847, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and as a Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Page 73, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida A/K/A: 3500 El Conquistador Parkway, Unit 111, Bradenton, FL 34210
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
