YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Apartment 481, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO, a condominium in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 962, pages 347 through 398, inclusive, and plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, pages 181 through 186, inclusive Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
