NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009CA006010 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, VALMY JOSEPH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 10TH day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
LOT 181, OAK VIEW, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 103 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
