RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 07, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010CA007351 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF CLIFFORD W. GOTSCHALL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM NO.403-D WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, SAME BEING CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO.403-D OF IRONWOOD THIRD CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED AUGUST 7, 1972 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 566 AT PAGE 684 TO 799, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
