NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in 2012 CA 00879 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and DIANE MARIE COLE A/K/A DIANE M. COLE N/K/A DIANE MARIE KEENE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE MARIE COLE A/K/A DIANE M. COLE N/K/A BRIAN KEENE; WILLIAM D. COLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF FISHER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OF REVISED PLAT OF HARRINGTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMERLY KNOWN AS LOT 12, OF REVISED PLAT OF HARRINGTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
