NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003902 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB4, Plaintiff and Scott Roscoe and Susan Roscoe, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, CORDOVA LAKES SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 193 THROUGH 195, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
