NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008369 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Joseph Vavra, Individually and as Trustee of The Vavra Revocable Living Trust, dated February 20, 2004 and Sue K. Vavra, Individually and as Trustee of The Vavra Revocable Living Trust, dated February 20, 2004 are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2903, BUILDING 29, GARDEN WALK, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2018, PAGE 7118, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 107, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
