NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012 and entered in CASE NO. 2010CA008068 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein River Strand Golf & Country Club, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Hasan H. Brown, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 4213, HERITAGE HARBOUR, PHASE 1, SUBPHASE E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
