NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2012 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on January 17, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. , at www.manatee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Land referred to in this commitment is described as all that certain property situated in city of Bradenton in the County of Manatee, and State of FL and being described in a Deed dated 01/06/2055 and recorded 01/13/2005 in Book 1986 Page 111 among the land records of the County and state set forth above, and referenced as follows:
Lot 94, Block 1 & 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 71-79, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
