NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 010574 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, R. B. “Chips” Shore of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 9th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 276, SUNNY LAKES ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
