NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2007 CA 007790 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 102, Highland Ridge, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 55 Through 62, Inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; Said Land Situate, Lying and Being in Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
