YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for money damages, subordination of a first lien, and foreclosure of a statutory landlord's lien upon a mobile home described as that certain 1988 JACO mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers 2D9560A and 2D9560B, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stanley L. Martin, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2002 East 4th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
