Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2012 CA 000859, on December 5, 2012, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are BRENT BARBOUR A/K/A BRENT MARSHALL BARBOUR, KELLY BARBOUR, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 60, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 6C, 6D AND 6E, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 117 through 123, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
