NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in 2012 CA 1170 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY ALLEN NUNN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY ALLEN NUNN; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 16, BLENKHORN'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
