NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 005184 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL L. HAMILTON; VELVET L. HAMILTON; PALMA SOLA VILLAGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS, INC. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, PALMA SOLA VILLAGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 110 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
