NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2012-CA-4892 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that I, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Manatee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 26, WINTERLAND ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 55, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
