NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005073 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB1, Plaintiff and Sarah K. Bolles and Jonathan Bolles, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, HOLLAND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 100 AND 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
