Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2009CA012763, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are MARTIN HUDAK, BERNADETTE M. HUDAK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PAUL BRIGHT, f/k/a UNKNOWN TENANT #1, ELIZABETH BRIGHT, f/k/a UNKNOWN TENANT #2, HOMES OF RIVIERA DUNES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and HAMMOCKS AT RIVIERA DUNES ASSOCIATION, INC. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 10, Hammocks at Riviera Dunes, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 20 through 23, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
