NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000034 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and Cintia Gabrielle Manasseh a/k/a Cintia G. Bish a/k/a Cintia Bish, Shane E. Bish a/k/a Shane Bish, Fosters Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT(S) 106, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
