NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000466 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Marlene A. Perry, Trustee of the Marlene A. Perry Revocable Trust, Marlene A. Perry, Pine Trace Condominium Association, Inc., Regions Bank, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Marlene A. Perry Revocable Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
