YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Apt. B-22, Building “B”, The Second Bayshore Condominium, Section 13, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 376, Pages 608 through 622, as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 52 through 55, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida-5887 17th Street West, Unit B-22, Bradenton, FL 34207
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: W. GREGORY STEUBE, ESQ.
